Garage
Introduction
The Garage Module is used to manage vehicle parking locations, depots, service yards, and operational hubs. It allows administrators to create and maintain garage records, assign supplier garages, manage self-drive facilities, configure operational areas, and visualize garage locations on maps.
The module serves as the central location repository for fleet parking, vehicle dispatching, and operational planning.
Accessing the Garage Module
Navigation
- Login to the Admin Console.
- Open the Main Menu.
- Navigate to
Masters. - Click
Garages.
The Garage List page will open.
Purpose of the Garage Module
The Garage Module helps administrators:
- Create garage locations
- Manage vehicle parking facilities
- Configure supplier garages
- Manage self-drive facilities
- Store garage contact information
- Maintain dispatch locations
- Visualize garage locations on maps
Garage List Page
The Garage List displays all configured garages.

Creating a New Garage
Steps
- Open
Masters > Garages. - Click
+ Add Garage. - Complete garage information.
- Configure address and map location.
- Click
Save.
The garage will be created.
Garage Ownership Types
The system supports two garage ownership models.
Self Garage
Garage owned and operated by your organization.
Examples:
- Company Depot
- Corporate Parking Yard
- Fleet Operations Hub
Supplier Garage
Garage owned by a transport vendor or supplier.
Examples:
- Vendor Depot
- Supplier Parking Facility
- Partner Operations Center
Garage Information Fields
Garage Name
Enter the garage name.
Examples:

Mandatory: Yes
Garage Code
Unique identifier for the garage.
Examples:

Supplier
Available only when Supplier Garage is selected.
Purpose: Links the garage to a supplier record.
Self Drive
Enable if vehicles can be directly picked up from the garage.
Options:

Area Type
Defines the operational area category.

Phone Number
Garage contact number.

Email Address
Garage email address.

The Address & Location section stores garage location details.
Country
Select country.
- Example: India

Enter city name.

Address Line
Enter complete address.
- Example: Laxman Siddh Mandir, Haridwar Road, Lachhiwala

The Garage Module includes map-based location management.

- Click Delete (🗑️).
- Confirm deletion.

- Active Bookings
Deleting active garages may affect operations.
Bulk Operations
The Garage Module supports bulk administrative actions.

Delete multiple garages simultaneously.

Import garage records using an upload template.
