Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Zoyride. We strive to provide a seamless and valuable experience through our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You are billed in advance on a monthly basis, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

2. Yearly Subscriptions

If you choose to cancel a yearly subscription, you may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, we will calculate the refund by deducting the monthly subscription charges (as per current monthly rates) for the duration the service was active. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. For Transport Services Booking

  • Full refund is permitted if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the journey start time.
  • A cancellation fee may still apply.
  • If cancelled less than 2 hours before the journey, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.

4. Self Drive Bookings

For self-drive vehicle bookings:

  • Full refund is permitted if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the booking start time.
  • A cancellation fee may still apply.
  • Booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • One-time setup or customization fees (if any)
  • Charges for usage-based or overage fees
  • Past months of service, whether used or unused

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for eligible cases), please contact our support team at support@zoyride.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.

Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to decline a refund request at our sole discretion, especially in cases of policy abuse, excessive cancellations or other exceptional circumstances.
