Q1. Where do I find all configuration settings?

  • From the left menu, go to Configurations.

  • Use the left tabs inside the page: Configuration, App Settings, Helpline, Email Credentials, Trip Journey Gap, Notification (and others like Templates/Translations from the main menu).


  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Open Configurations → Configuration.
  3. Fill: App name, Booking URL, User App Android Link, User App iOS Link, Website Link.
  4. Click Save.

Q3. How do I add emails that should receive system notifications?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Stay in Configuration.
  3. In Notification Emails, enter one or more addresses (comma-separated).
  4. Save.

Q4. What do the main checkboxes in Configuration mean?

  • Round Currency – rounds fares/amounts to the nearest unit.
  • Select Vehicle Driver – allows choosing a specific driver at assignment.
  • Show Market Place – shows marketplace vehicles/rates (if enabled).
  • Deboard OTP Required on Trip Stop – asks OTP when ending a trip.
  • Odometer reading is mandatory for Start/Stop trip – cannot start/stop without entering odo.
  • Odometer Image is mandatory on Trip Start/Stop – forces a photo upload with odo.
  • Collect Payment after Trip Stop from Passenger – shows collection step post trip.
  • Operate By App Mandatory – forces actions from app (not console).
  • Allow Start Near Pickup Without OTP – lets start if within a small radius even without OTP.
  • Consider GPS Information (Distance) in Trip Calculations – uses GPS km in billing/reports.
  • User/Client Employee can request for Adhoc/Shuttle Request – exposes those request flows.
  • Scanner Option Visible To – pick who can see scanner features (dropdown).

Q5. How do I enforce capturing odometer reading and photo at the time of trip start/stop?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Open Configuration.
  3. Tick Odometer reading is mandatory for Start/Stop trip.
  4. (Optional) Tick Odometer Image is mandatory on Trip Start/Stop.
  5. Save.

Q6. How do I allow starting a trip near the pickup location without asking for trip start OTP?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Tick Allow Start Near Pickup Without OTP.
  3. Save.

Q7. How do I use GPS distance for billing and reports?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Tick Consider GPS Information (Distance) in Trip Calculations.
  3. Save.
  4. Ensure the driver app has location permission and good GPS.

Q8. Who can see the QR/Barcode scanner?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. In Configuration, find Scanner Option Visible To.
  3. Choose the role/user group (e.g., Passenger, Driver, both).
  4. Save.

Q9. How do I control which trip types are available to users vs admins?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Open Configurations → App Settings.
  3. Left side toggles = User modules (Local, Rental, Outstation, Transfer, Self Drive, Shuttle, Bus).
  4. Right side toggles = Admin modules of the same types.
  5. Check to enable, uncheck to hide.
  6. Save.

Q10. I want to hide Shuttle for users but keep it for admins. How?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Go to App Settings.
  3. Uncheck User Shuttle; check Admin Shuttle.
  4. Save.

Q11. How do I configure Email for invoices and system mail?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Open Configurations → Email Credentials.
  3. Click + if adding a new profile.
  4. Fill Email, Username, Password, Host, Port (e.g., 465), Type (TLS/SSL).
  5. Tick Default if this is the main sender.
  6. Tick Invoice if this profile will send invoices.
  7. Save.

Q12. Can I keep separate email senders for invoices vs. general mail?

Yes.

  1. Create two profiles in Email Credentials: one Default, one tagged Invoice.
  2. The system will use the invoice profile for billing emails and default for others.

Q13. How do I define a reservation lead time per region?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Go to Configurations → Reservation Lead Time.
  3. Click + Add Reservation Lead Time.
  4. Select Country.
  5. Enter 8Minimum Reservation Lead Time (Mins) and Max Reservation Lead Time (Mins).
  6. Choose State and City (optional).
  7. Click Add Regions to attach the state/city to the rule.
  8. Save. The list will show Country/Regions and the time gap (e.g., 0.7 Hrs).

Q15. How do I enable/disable event notifications to users or email?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Open Configurations → Notification.
  3. For each Type (Booking Created, Booking Confirmation, Vehicle Assigned, etc.), tick columns:
  • Email (send email),
  • User (send in-app/push/SMS as configured).
  1. Save.

Q16. How do I notify specific admins about events?

  1. In Notification, locate Admins to receive notification.
  2. Pick the admin(s) from the selector.
  3. Save.

Q17. Can I stop notifications for certain clients?

Yes.

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. In Notification, use Stop notifications for selected clients.
  3. Choose the clients to suppress.
  4. Save.

Q18. How do I alert when a trip hasn’t started on time?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. In Notification, tick Trip Not Started In Time.
  3. (Optional) Combine with Reservation Lead Time to enforce lead time per region.
  4. Save.

Q19. How do I test that my email settings work?

  1. After setting Email Credentials, send a real test: create a dummy booking and trigger an event you’ve enabled (e.g., Booking Created).
  2. Check the recipient inbox and spam folder.
  3. If it fails, verify host/port/type, credentials, and unblocked SMTP at your server.

Q20. How do I switch marketplace visibility later?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Toggle Show Market Place on/off.
  3. Save. Changes reflect immediately in search/booking screens.

Q21. How do I force app-only operations for compliance?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. Open Configuration.
  3. Tick Operate By App Mandatory.
  4. Save. Console actions will be restricted where applicable.

Q22. How do I let employees create Adhoc/Shuttle requests?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Configurations.
  2. In Configuration, tick User/Client Employee can request for Adhoc/Shuttle Request.
  3. Save. The option appears for employees in their portal/app.
