Each Company (like “Premium Rental Carz” or “Logic Tours”) can have multiple offices/branches configured under it.
- Example: Main Branch, Navi Mumbai, WB (Kolkata), Head Office, etc.
In the Company master, you select the default or primary office from this dropdown.
- This defines which office is associated when that company’s records are used (for invoices, GST, or trip creation).
When you select the Office in the Company form:
- It links this company to that office record using an office_id in the backend.
- The system uses this link to pick GST details, address, and location context for bookings and invoices.
