Stoppage
Introduction
The Stoppage Module is used to create, manage, and visualize transportation stops used in employee transport, shuttle operations, route planning, and pickup/drop management. Administrators can add new stoppages, edit existing locations, remove obsolete stops, and view all stops on an interactive map.
The module serves as the central stop management system for transport route planning and passenger pickup/drop operations.
Accessing the Stoppage Module
- Login to the Admin Console.
- Open the Main Menu.
- Navigate to
Masters. - Click
Stoppage. - The
Stoppage Managementscreen will open.
Purpose of the Stoppage Module
The module helps administrators:
- Create transport stoppages
- Manage pickup and drop locations
- Visualize stop locations on maps
- Link stops to clients
- Support route planning
- Organize transport networks
- Improve route optimization
Stoppage Management Screen
The screen has two sections:
- Left Panel: displays the list of stoppages.
- Right Panel: displays the map view and location visualization.
Stoppage List
The left panel displays all available stoppages with:
- Stoppage Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Country
EditDelete
Searching Stoppages
- Use the
Search Stop/City/Addressfield. - Enter stop name, city, or address.
- Matching stoppages will appear.
Creating a New Stoppage
- Open the
StoppageModule. - Click
+ Add. - Select the location on the map.
- Verify address information.
- Click
Confirm. - The new stoppage will be created.
Selecting a Location
- Navigate to the desired area.
- Click the map location.
- A new stoppage marker will appear.
- Review address information.
- Click
Confirm.
Address Information
The system automatically captures:
- Country
- City
- Address Line

Client-Based Stoppages
Use the Client Filter at the top-right of the map to:
- View client-specific stops
- Filter stop visibility

- Red Marker:

Map Legend
The legend identifies:

Zoom Controls

Editing a Stoppage
- Locate the stoppage in the left panel.
- Click
Edit. - Update information.
- Save changes.
Administrators can update:
- Stop Name
- Address
- Map Location
- Associated Client
Deleting a Stoppage
- Locate the stoppage.
- Click
Delete. - Confirm deletion.
Before deleting, verify the stoppage is not being used in:
- Routes
- Bookings
- Employee Transport Plans
- Ride Requests
- Shuttle Operations
Viewing Nearby Stops
The map automatically groups nearby stoppages.
