My Companies
Introduction
The My Companies Module is used to manage legal entities, business units, operating companies, and brand information within the system. Administrators can create and maintain company records, store statutory details, link companies to offices, and manage tax-related information such as GSTIN, PAN, TAN, and CIN.
This module serves as the master company repository for financial, operational, reporting, and compliance purposes.
Accessing the My Companies Module
Navigation
- Login to the Admin Console.
- Open the Main Menu.
- Navigate to
Masters. - Click
My Companies.
The My Companies List page will open.
Purpose of the My Companies Module
The My Companies Module helps administrators:
- Create company records
- Manage legal entities
- Store tax information
- Link companies to offices
- Maintain compliance details
- Support financial operations
- Manage business units
Company List Page
The Company List displays all configured companies.
Available Information

Creating a New Company
Steps
- Open
Masters > My Companies. - Click the
+ Add Companybutton. - Complete the company information.
- Click
Save.
The company will be created successfully.
Company Information Fields
Brand Name
The short or commonly used company name.
Examples:
- Phoenix
- Dolphin
- Duck Tales
- Zoyride
Mandatory: Yes
Full Name
The legally registered company name.
Examples:
- Phoenix Travels Pvt. Ltd.
- Dolphin Travels Ltd.
- Zoyride Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Office
Select the office associated with the company.
Example:
- JMD
- Gurgaon Office
- Corporate Headquarters
Mandatory: Yes
Tax ID / GST ID
Enter the company GST registration number.
- Example: GSTIN3423647162
Used for:
- Invoicing
- Tax Reporting
- Financial Compliance
PAN
Enter the company’s Permanent Account Number.
- Example: ABCDE1234F
Used for:
- Tax Compliance
- Financial Documentation
TAN
Enter the Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number.
- Example: DELP12345A
Used for:
- TDS Compliance
- Financial Reporting
CIN
Enter the Corporate Identification Number.

Steps
- Enter Brand Name.
- Enter Full Name.
- Select Office.
- Enter tax information if available.

- Locate the company.
- Click the Edit (✏️) icon.
- Update information.
- Click
Save.

- Confirm deletion.

Before deleting a company, verify that it is not linked to:
- Clients
- Bookings
- Financial Records
- Invoices
- Employees
- Suppliers
- Reports
Deleting active companies may affect system operations.
Bulk Operations
The My Companies Module supports administrative bulk actions.
Bulk Delete
Delete multiple company records simultaneously.
- Select companies using checkboxes.
- Click the Action Menu (⋮).
- Select
Bulk Delete. - Confirm action.
Upload
Import company records using a template.
- Click Action Menu (⋮).

Upload. - Upload the file.
- Submit for processing.
Download
Export company records.
- Open Action Menu (⋮).
