Users / Customers

Introduction

In Zoyride, Users / Customers refer to the passengers or client employees who use the transport service. These are the people for whom bookings are created, routes are assigned, shifts are managed, and pickup or drop locations are maintained in the system.

For example, if a company uses Zoyride for employee transportation, each employee who travels through the service will be added as a User or Passenger in the Zoyride Console. Their details such as name, phone number, email, department, designation, shift, address, documents, booking permissions, and approval permissions can be managed from this module.

The Users / Customers module helps administrators maintain accurate passenger records and control whether a user can create bookings, approve bookings, or use the transport service.
